The recently opened Souq Al Jubail - Kalba is divided into three main sections: Meat, Fish, and Vegetables and Fruit, covering 33 thousand square meters. The market aims to provide high-quality fresh produce and create employment opportunities for fishermen, traders, farmers, and ranchers.

The souq is home to 16 meat and poultry vendors, 22 seafood vendors, and 31 fruits and vegetables vendors. The pier and docks beside the market fits 72 boats while the accompanying Fishermen's Association headquarters has been expanded in addition to the fishermen's rest area.
