This family-friendly festival puts Sharjah’s landmark buildings in the spotlight, with stunning images projected onto their façades.

The eighth edition of the Sharjah Light Festival features large-scale light installations and projections inspired by subjects such as science, creativity and knowledge.

The 10-day festival attracts over half a million visitors to more than a dozen locations across the emirate, including Al Noor Mosque, Al Qasba and Al Majaz Waterfront.

There are free shows from 6pm to 11pm (until midnight on weekends) and a parade along the Corniche taking place just before 9pm each evening.
