The family cultural and entertainment destination is the first part of the massive Aljada project to open

Madar, located in the heart of the Aljada project in the Muwaileh area of Sharjah, includes many family facilities within attractive green surroundings that extends over an area of 600,000 square feet. Madar, meaning 'orbit', expresses the freedom of movement of people around the site. The word also reflects the spirit of the iconic design pioneered by Zaha Hadid International Architects, where the oval-shaped buildings are aligned around a central axis in the middle.

The complex's facilities include;

Zad, the new destination for lovers of delicious flavors in the Emirates, with 18 brands offering a variety of food and drinks in a wonderful modern environment punctuated with vibrant shades and colours. Zad corner includes many delicious and rich flavors, in addition to an array of fun facilities and entertainment activities for everyone. A food truck area delivers orders direct to visitors’ cars while another area is home to spacious and comfortable seating. The area comes alive at night, with illuminated facades that match the surrounding artwork, transforming it into an ever-changing interactive space.

Blockbuster films are shown daily from 8 PM at the drive in concept cinema where cinema goers can enjoy films from the comfort of their cars and order food from Zad corner delivered to the car. Entry Is free.

East Boulevard opened in June 2022, and includes a mix of stores, which have been carefully selected to provide the best experience for residents and visitors to the Avenue, with options ranging from cafes and restaurants to fashion stores and more.

As for children, there is the Playscape area, which is dotted with climbing towers, swings, slides and trampolines, in addition to an adventure area. A special climbing wall and nets for activities have also been installed. Nearby, action and adventure enthusiasts will find Aljada Skate Park.

Spread over an area of over 90,000 square feet, Aljada Skate Park currently has six separate sub-tracks ranging from a world-class California-style skating track, an Olympic-style “street” track, and a 3.3-meter-high “Park” track, allowing the contestants to show their high skills. The arena design elements are inspired by the most famous skateboarding arenas around the world, including Ariake Urban Park in Tokyo, Bondi Beach and Salt Lake City. The main field also includes small field lanes, street sections, narrow lanes, and spaces for beginner and intermediate skaters alike.

Areej 6 in Aljada includes the first permanent store for Manbat, which receives its visitors daily from 8:00 am until midnight. The store allows all family members the opportunity to enjoy shopping the finest types of fresh seasonal vegetables and fruits, in addition to honey, date and nut products, sugar-free and spreadable chocolate products, and premium coffee beans. Don't miss the opportunity to savor the most delicious flavors of refreshing smoothies, hot coffees and delicious juices while you roam around the store.
