Sharjah Tourism Travel Quiz

Al Rafisah is a gift to the committed hiker with a range of terrain, landscape and views to enjoy. The hike at Al Rafisah is a rewarding 3 hour round trip to the Al Suhab Rest Houses and back, though less keen hikers will still find stunning views during the first part of the hike after which it is easy to turn back. Ancient terrain and intriguing rock formations combined with an easy to moderate, well marked trail make this an appealing hike for all with astonishing views from the rest stop at the summit.

  • Comfortable clothes

Advice

Hiking in Sharjah is rarely dangerous, with well equipped facilities and information boards along most of the emirate’s walks. Help and phone signals are usually close at hand if ever needed but do make sure to keep plenty of water at hand, a small medical kit (plasters and insect bite ointment) may be useful. Don’t forget to take all your packaging and rubbish away with you so we can keep the beautiful places beautiful!
