Located on the East Coast, the Bait is considered one of the most beautiful heritage houses and is abound with traditional Islamic collectibles

Originally built for Sheikh Saeed in the late 19th century, the beachside bait was restored and opened as a museum in 1999. With carved wooden doors and decorative stucco, it is one of the most beautiful heritage houses in the UAE.

Featuring barjeel (wind towers) and a central courtyard, the bait gives a sense of what life was like more than a century ago. The eastern section includes the majlis (sitting hall) once used for receiving male guests, while the western section was designed as living quarters.
